As some of you may know, there is a mod called Opened SAMP made by an unknown source that allows handling.cfg, carcols.dat, and gta.dat modifications to SA-MP. This is the best alternative to using the hack tool s0beit in order to use map modifications and custom handling lines. Unfortunately the website that was hosting it (Sliderz Inc) has gone down.
I will now be hosting the file over various uploads to MegaUpload in the 'Links for Dinks' on the side bar.
